Description
Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. A two stage procedure is used to hand shape into a classic ring doughnut. Each are individually hand decorated with our Sanguinello blood orange glaze, orange chocolate blossoms & dark Belgian chocolate. Made with locally milled flour, organic milk, thick cream and free range eggs.
