Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Filled with cinnamon filling & Madagascan vanilla custard then plaited and rolled. Once baked they are then double dipped in cinnamon syrup for extra gooeyness. Made with locally milled flour, local thick cream and free-range eggs.
