Description
Our own recipe chocolate brioche dough made with Callebaut cocoa powder. Made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Hand filled with our freshly made creamy coconut custard then each one is individually decorated with our white glaze and lightly toasted coconut. Made with locally milled flour, local thick cream and free range eggs. Our Bounty / macaroon bar hybrid.
