Coffee & Walnut Ring Doughnut

Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. A two stage procedure is used to hand shape into a classic ring doughnut. Each are individually hand decorated with our homemade Arabica coffee glaze and toasted walnuts. Great for a caffeine & protein breakfast treat.
