Dulce De Leche Cheesecake Doughnut

Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Generously double filled with our freshly made dulce de leche filling & mascarpone custard. Made using local free-range eggs and local Organic thick cream.
