Earl Grey, Cardamon & Orange Glazed Doughnut

Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Hand filled with our cardamon spiced Earl Grey custard, individually glazed with our zesty orange glaze and finished with a light sprinkle of Dorset edible blue cornflowers. Made with locally milled flour, local thick cream, free range eggs and Twining’s Earl Grey tea. Fragrant Earl Grey tea pairs well with the cardamon and citrus orange glaze.
