Forest Fruits Ring Doughnut

Our own recipe brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. A two stage procedure is used to hand shape into a classic ring doughnut. Each are individually hand decorated with our tangy forest fruit glaze, finished off with delicate edible blue cornflower petals. A real taste bud pleaser.
