Our own recipe brioche dough. Made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Filled with our freshly made raspberry & prosecco jam then each one is individually decorated with our Callebaut dark chocolate glaze and Ruby chocolate. Made with locally milled flour, local thick cream, and free-range eggs. Made for that someone special in your life.
