Strawberry & Rose, Ruby Chocolate glazed Doughnut

Description

Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Hand filled with our strawberry jam with a subtle hint of rose water. Each one is individually glazed with our Ruby chocolate glaze using Callebaut chocolate hand decorated with strawberry flavour Belgian white chocolate curls and Callebaut white chocolate, with a silver shimmer. Made with locally milled flour, local thick cream and free range eggs.
