Description
Our own recipe chocolate brioche dough made with Callebaut cocoa powder. Made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. A two stage procedure is used to hand shape into a classic ring doughnut. Each are individually hand decorated with chocolate glaze, Belgian White chocolate blossom curls & Belgian dark chocolate. True chocolate overload. Made with locally milled flour, organic milk, thick cream and free range eggs.
