Some things are just meant to be—like soft, fluffy brioche doughnuts and the fresh, earthy magic of real matcha. We’re so excited to finally share our newest creation with you: the Moya Matcha Doughnut, made in collaboration with our friends at Moya Matcha!

At Pipp & Co, we don’t believe in shortcuts. Every doughnut is made from scratch, by hand, every single day. Our signature brioche dough is light, pillowy, and fried to golden perfection, using only the best local ingredients—organic A2 milk, free-range eggs, British flour, and our own preservative-free fillings and glazes. If you’ve ever bitten into one, you know: it’s a little bite of happiness.

Moya Matcha is just as fussy about quality as we are (and we love them for it!). Their matcha is organic and stone-ground in Uji, Japan—home to the world’s best matcha. It’s smooth, vibrant, and packed with goodness, with no additives or hidden nasties. Just pure, fresh matcha, straight from the source.

So, what happens when you bring these two together? You get the Moya Matcha Doughnut—our soft, buttery brioche filled and topped with creamy, earthy matcha. The matcha’s fresh umami flavour balances the sweet brioche perfectly, giving you that melt-in-your-mouth moment that keeps you coming back for “just one more bite.” (We won’t judge if you go for two.)
