We’re excited to announce that Pipp & Co has successfully completed its first SALSA audit (Safe and Local Supplier Approval), a robust food safety standard designed for small UK food and drink producers.

A Milestone During Exciting Growth
This achievement comes at an exciting time. Pipp & Co now makes 25–30 different products daily, compared to just a handful two years ago, producing over 25,000 doughnuts a week from our Swindon bakery.

Our products are available through stockists from Reading to Oxford, and Stroud to Bristol, while our Bristol café continues to welcome doughnut lovers every day. With SALSA certification, we can continue expanding our reach while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
